New Grad, Entry LevelRYZE is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Traveling Barista to support traveling pop-up café experiences across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who loves coffee, enjoys travel, and thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, delivering exceptional service while supporting setup, operations, and breakdown of mobile café experiences.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve RYZE coffee, matcha, and chai lattes following company recipes and presentation standards
Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions using the POS system
Educate guests about RYZE’s products, ingredients, and brand story, encouraging sales of lattes, coffee bags, and subscriptions
Operate latte machines and café equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and customer spaces
Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Follow RYZE’s hospitality standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure successful tour operations
Qualification
Required
Food Handler's Certification (required prior to start)
Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to changing locations and schedules
Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to operate café equipment safely and efficiently
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with a focus on both speed and accuracy
Passion for wellness, coffee, and creating memorable customer experiences
Extensive travel required (up to 90%), including weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment and supplies (up to approximately 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation)
Comfortable working in outdoor or temporary pop-up environments
Preferred
Prior barista or café experience preferred, training will be provided
