TA Adoption & Enablement Coordinator
Scalence L.L.C. is looking for a TA Adoption & Enablement Coordinator to support their Global Talent Acquisition Organization within the Operations & Innovation team. The role focuses on talent acquisition enablement by partnering with global stakeholders to deliver training programs, manage adoption metrics, and provide user support.

Responsibilities
Support the delivery and execution of global enablement programs for Talent Acquisition
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and adoption tracking
Assist with and support the development of playbooks, guides, and process walkthroughs, and help maintain content to support standardized best practices
Track adoption and readiness metrics to ensure successful recruiter enablement and program go-lives
Partner with Technology and Documentation teams to assist with efficient rollout of new systems and tools
Support change management initiatives and communications related to Talent Acquisition operations
Provide support for user requests related to Talent Acquisition systems, including troubleshooting and guiding users through instructions and system processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Learning and Development
Strong organization and project coordination skills
Effective communicator and collaborator
Skilled with digital tools like MS Teams and SharePoint
Detail-oriented and able to track adoption/readiness metrics
Experience coordinating trainings and creating documentation
Knowledgeable in managing training resources and knowledge databases
Experienced in process documentation and supporting user troubleshooting
