Responsibilities

Conduct Legal Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Handle a matter through all aspects of discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Argue motions and appear for Court conferences
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff
Trial/arbitration experience is a plus

Qualification

Juris Doctor (J.D.)Active New Jersey licenseGeneral litigation experienceMunicipal litigation experienceInsurance litigation experienceAnalytical skillsWritten communicationVerbal communicationProblem-solving skills

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in New Jersey
Minimum of 2-6 years of general litigation experience
General, municipal, or insurance litigation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Trial/arbitration experience is a plus
