F-15 Manufacturing Engineer (Experienced or Senior)

They are seeking an Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the F-15 Technical Assistance Team to implement engineering principles and support production methodologies in collaboration with Integrated Product Teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, plans, and tooling methodologies
Collaborate with IPTs to support the integration of technical solutions and ensure manufacturability of designs with the suppliers
Investigate and resolve technical problems related to many manufacturing processes
Participate in the implementation of Lean principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste
Resolve technical issues that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule
Conduct root cause corrective action initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards
Communicate effectively with internal customers, external customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on production and manufacturing goals
Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout all manufacturing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelors OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
More than 3 years of mechanical, composite, and/or structure experience in the aviation industry
More than 3 years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and procedures
Experience working with international suppliers
Experience with Legacy Designed methods like 2D blueprints, master set tooling, etc
Ability to obtain a work Visa for Israel. Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status
Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable
Employment is contingent on the candidate's ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country: Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned. These contingencies also apply to any/all family members who may be relocating with the candidate
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Preferred
Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience with a Bachelors OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Familiarization with MESci
Experience with Export controls
Experience working with the Material Review Board (MRB) processes
Experience with the F-15 product structure
