Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine content and ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance
Qualification
Required
Professional background as a Hotel, Motel, or Resort Desk Clerk within the accommodation and food services sector
Strong written communication skills to clearly express operational processes and decision-making
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based setting
Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week for the duration of the project
