Digital Marketing Manager
Institution for Savings is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that promote the Bank's products and brand image online. This role involves managing various digital channels and supporting key marketing efforts through campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms
Support SEO and SEM efforts including keyword research, meta-tag optimization, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Create high-quality and visually appealing content (e.g., graphics, infographics, videos, website elements) for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
Maintain and update content on the Bank's website, collaborating with SVP Marketing and VP Community Relations to optimize the user experience and drive conversions
Manage and grow the Bank's social media presence, creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and staying abreast of trending topics
Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (ROI, KPIs, website traffic, conversion rates) using analytics tools like Google Analytics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and explore innovative opportunities for the Bank's digital presence
Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies
Provide general department marketing support as needed (event set up and management, print ad and collateral production, marketing support across all departments and locations, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies
Managing various digital channels including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and performance reporting
Planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms
Supporting SEO and SEM efforts including keyword research, meta-tag optimization, and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Creating high-quality and visually appealing content (e.g., graphics, infographics, videos, website elements) for digital platforms
Maintaining and updating content on the Bank's website
Collaborating with SVP Marketing and VP Community Relations to optimize the user experience and drive conversions
Managing and growing the Bank's social media presence
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key digital marketing metrics (ROI, KPIs, website traffic, conversion rates) using analytics tools like Google Analytics
Making data-driven recommendations for optimization
