Administration Assistant
Olympic Marketing Group is a construction company seeking a full-time administrative assistant with Quickbooks experience. The role involves handling accounts payable, data entry, filing, ordering job materials, and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to accounts payable, data entry, filing, ordering job materials, customer service and various administrative duties
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years experience
Good working knowledge of Quickbooks
Good working knowledge of Excel
General computer use
Organized and efficient with time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks
Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
General knowledge of construction materials
Spanish speaking
Marketing experience
