Events and Sales Assistant
Nexxaworks is a marketing firm that focuses on creativity, strategy, and innovation. They are seeking a motivated Events and Sales Assistant to help plan and execute events while supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events including logistics, venue selection, and vendor coordination
Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations for client meetings
Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee lists
Coordinate promotional activities and marketing efforts to maximize attendance at events
Monitor event budgets and provide periodic financial updates to management
Prepare and distribute post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in event planning, sales support, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
