Territory Sales Manager - NC
WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is a rapidly growing HVAC contractor seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support expansion within the multifamily and light commercial market. This role focuses on building relationships with property management groups and ensuring project success through collaboration with operations and installation teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a territory focused on multifamily and property management accounts
Identify and build relationships with property management groups and decision-makers
Conduct onsite visits, assess HVAC needs, and generate quotes in the field
Create and manage sales routes; maintain consistent property touchpoints
Partner closely with operations and installation teams to ensure project success
Track activity and pipeline using CRM and industry tools
Support change orders, renewals, and ongoing service opportunities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in HVAC, building systems, or related mechanical trades
Prior experience in HVAC sales, technical sales, or service-based selling
Strong understanding of HVAC installation, service, and diagnostics
Ability to consult, guide, and problem-solve—not just sell
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
Preferred
Background in multifamily, apartment maintenance, or commercial HVAC
