Responsibilities
Manage rail & transit electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and cost forecasting
Coordinate with transit authorities, utilities, engineers, and internal field teams
Manage subcontractors, material procurement, and workforce planning
Lead safety planning and execution in live-rail and outage-driven environments
Support change management, RFIs, submittals, and progress reporting
Participate in project planning, phasing, and outage coordination
Ensure compliance with owner standards, contract requirements, and quality programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction
Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operations
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex schedules
Proficient in project controls, cost tracking, and reporting tools
Preferred
Rail, transit, or utility infrastructure experience strongly preferred
Experience working with public agencies (MBTA, Amtrak, MTA, etc.) a plus
