Responsibilities

Own the product experience end-to-end, shaping how every interaction works and feels
Translate complex workflows and AI-driven functionality into simple, intuitive, and human-centered user experiences
Collaborate closely with engineers, founders, and cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and execution
Set the design vision and establish principles, patterns, and standards that scale as the team and product grows
Move fast without compromising quality, balancing craft, usability, and speed in an early-stage environment
Navigate ambiguity, think in systems, and take ownership of both what we build and how people experience it
Continuously test, iterate, and improve, using research, data, and intuition to make decisions

Required

Design holistically, considering the full end-to-end user journey
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy shaping undefined problem spaces
Spend as much time understanding complex workflows, mental models, and edge cases as refining interfaces
Collaborate deeply with engineers, founders, and cross-functional partners to shape both the product and how it's built
Actively explore and adopt modern tools - including AI - to move faster and design smarter
Love making complex systems feel simple, with a portfolio that clearly demonstrates this ability
Have a background in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Have experience designing complex or technical products (AI, data-heavy tools, B2B, or internal tools)
Have early-stage startup experience or have been the first/early designer on a team
