Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions on admission and during each shift
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient responses and report changes in condition
Document care accurately and timely in the medical record
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses, medications, and follow-up care
Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure a positive care experience

Qualification

Acute Care RN experienceFlorida RN licenseAssociate Degree in NursingBLS certificationTeamworkAdaptabilityContinuous learning

Required

Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required
Active Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license
Compact license holders must obtain Florida RN license within 60 days of relocation
Associate Degree in Nursing required
BLS certification required (within 30 days of start date if not current)
