Talent Sourcing Specialist

RMI is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support the recruitment of remote and offshore medic and safety professionals across the U.S. market. In this role, you will identify, engage, and qualify top talent while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to address ongoing and high-priority hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, professional networking sites, internal databases, and social media platforms
Conduct outbound outreach to engage both active and passive candidates through email, phone, and messaging platforms
Perform initial candidate screening, including qualification and credential review, before transitioning candidates to recruiters
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, niche, and high-volume roles
Support recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in accordance with US hiring standards
Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the early stages of the recruitment process

Required

Prior experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
Experience recruiting for oil & gas, healthcare or safety-related roles
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Familiarity with sourcing tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and general computer & technology literacy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing licenses, certifications, and role requirements
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a recruiting team
Able to build rapport with candidates and sell the role
Strong time management and organizational skills required to effectively manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to write correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
