Responsibilities
Recording daily financial transactions accurately, strengthening your core bookkeeping skills
Managing accounts payable, giving you end-to-end exposure to invoice processing and controls
Supporting job costing by coding expenses correctly, helping you understand project-based accounting
Working closely with Project Managers to resolve invoice and purchase order queries
Reconciling supplier statements, developing confidence in problem-solving and accuracy
Assisting with month-end close activities to broaden your accounting knowledge
Communicating with suppliers professionally, building strong commercial communication skills
Qualification
Required
Have a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles
Enjoy detail-focused work and take pride in accuracy
Are confident using Excel and working with spreadsheets
Like working independently while being part of a wider team
Want to develop deeper experience in job costing and construction accounting
Preferred
Have used systems such as QuickBooks, Sage 300, Procore, JobRunner, or similar (helpful but not essential)
