Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical and task supervision to program therapists and direct care staff
Focus on program operations and development
Work collaboratively with funders, referring agents, medical and clinical providers to establish wrap around services to reduce recidivism among the justice involved population
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree with full licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
5+ years related leadership experience
Valid Driver's License
Regular and predictable attendance is required
Supervisory experience is required, preferably in a residential/congregate care setting
Preferred
Experience working in a position that supports individuals with a history of problem sexual behaviors
