Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Junior AE

The SDR / Junior AE role is responsible for pipeline generation and high touch follow ups with new leads & old prospects, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and booking quality meetings for Sales.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting across email, phone, and Linkedin
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria
Book discovery meetings with qualified prospects and occasionally run initial discovery calls
Nurturing former prospects with value based messaging
Maintain detailed CRM records and activity tracking
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting goals
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on messaging and targeting
Uncover business pain points related to user adoption and UX
Support ongoing deals with follow-up, materials, and coordination
Occasional travel to conferences

Qualification

Required

2–3 years of experience
