The Survey Drafter will prepare survey drawings and maps using CAD software, assist with revisions to legal documents, and coordinate with surveyors to ensure accuracy in project documentation.

Responsibilities
Prepare survey drawings and maps using CAD software based on field data
Draft boundary, topographic, and construction surveys under supervision
Import, organize, and process survey data from GPS, total station, and field notes
Assist with revisions to plats, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits
Follow drafting standards, company procedures, and surveying regulations
Coordinate with surveyors and project team members to clarify data and corrections
Maintain organized digital project files and documentation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Knowledge in required design software
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Understanding of drafting fundamentals is preferred
