South Sound Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Director of Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to lead their outpatient mental health services. Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of IOP clinical programs
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and professionalism
Ensure adherence to evidence based treatment models and trauma-informed care principles
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program integration, referrals, and community partners
Represent the organization in professional and community forums as a leader in behavioral Health services
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; valid Washington state licensure in mental health
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience in advanced clinical/management practice
A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities
