Responsibilities
Unify data sources: Ingest customer interactions, CRM events, and external data into a single, schema-managed data platform
Build real-time pipelines: Create streaming data pipelines and low-latency materialized views that feed agents and ML features
Ensure data quality: Implement automated checks, lineage tracking, and alerting to maintain data integrity
Serve ML & analytics: Design feature stores and analytics marts that power both online inference and executive dashboards
Optimize at scale: Tune systems to handle terabytes of data efficiently while managing costs
Qualification
Required
3+ years building batch and streaming pipelines in Python/Scala/Go with Spark, Flink, or Beam
Deep SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data warehouses at scale
Production experience with streaming platforms and change-data-capture from OLTP stores
Comfort with infrastructure as code, observability stacks, and cloud platforms
Obsession with accuracy, latency, and uptime for enterprise-grade systems
