Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey information effectively and professionally
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve customer issues and identify solutions independently
Proficiency in using customer support tools, CRM platforms, and other technologies to manage and document customer interactions
Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence in task management
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred but not required
Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
