Top Group Distribution is seeking a highly connected FMCG Sales Manager to lead U.S. retail expansion for their personal care and household brands. The role requires selling FMCG products to U.S. mass retail and maintaining relationships with major grocery chains and discount retailers.

Responsibilities
Introduce and pitch our product portfolio to your retail and wholesale contacts
Secure product listings, promotions, and long-term supply agreements
Negotiate pricing, margins, and contract terms
Build and manage strategic partnerships with national and regional accounts
Provide market feedback to support product assortment and trade marketing decisions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience selling FMCG products into U.S. mass retail
Maintain active buyer relationships with grocery, hypermarket, or discount chains such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Costco, BJ's, and similar
Know how to pitch, negotiate, and close retail listings
Mandatory experience selling to U.S. grocery or discount retailers with direct buyer access
Proven success in FMCG sales, preferably in personal care, shaving, oral care, or household categories
Self-starter mindset with the ability to independently manage deals from pitch to close
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
