Responsibilities
Characterize and validate the performance of a laboratory vibration table
Design and support vibration test setups to assess product impact
Develop and document calibration procedures, annual calibration records, and preventive maintenance protocols
Contribute to improving product features, robustness, and overall quality through data-driven insights
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by building laboratory prototypes
Assist with pre-verification testing and evaluation of prototypes
Qualification
Required
Mechanical Engineer student (graduate student preferred) or recent graduate
Self-starter, self-driven individual and onsite 5-days at BOSTON LAB
Proficient solidworks 3D/2D Design, prototypes, testing, etc
Know how to use data acquisition tools to characterize the vibration table
