The Project Manager position is located in our Lanham, MD office and will be responsible for providing direct supervision and mentoring of design staff, including team engineers and designers.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Maryland required
10+ years' progressive experience in civil engineering land development design, preferably in suburban Maryland
5+ years' experience managing staff, technical skills to develop and review plans and work with engineers, planners and surveyors
Excellent organizational and delegation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prince George's County experience is a plus
