They are seeking a Lawn Care Technician who will service residential and commercial properties by applying fertilizer, treating weeds, and providing exceptional customer service, along with a Marketing Representative role to generate leads.

Responsibilities
Service properties on your route as you apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service
Accurately measuring lawns, providing quotes and/or lawn analysis, and making field sales
Offer customers additional products and services that may be beneficial, which presents a great opportunity to earn commissions
Canvassing neighborhoods generating leads by offering free no obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners
Qualification
Required
Have a valid driver license with a clean record
Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the line service
Enjoy training new team members
Have the ability to monitor product usage and quality control
Be available to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturday, as needed
Work independently as a member of a team
Preferred
1 year of experience in Pest Control and/or Lawn Care (preferred), though we will train an individual who displays our Core Values
Weed/Pesticide and/or Mosquito Control Certification preferred (Core, 3A, 6A, 7A, 7F), willing to train and certify the right candidate
