Responsibilities
Assist Delbridge Career Center staff with events, marketing, office projects, and data entry
Greet and assist guests visiting the Delbridge Career Center
Create flyers, posters, and social media posts
Maintain and update Delbridge Career Center bulletin boards and social media
Attend Delbridge Career Center events as a representative of the Center and assist as needed
Answer questions and assist students in registering for, utilizing, and making career advising appointments in Handshake
Assist with administrative tasks associated with the Academic Internship Program
Commitment to customer service
Knowledge of computer programs (including MS Office Suite and Canva) and experience with social media (i.e. Instagram)
Willingness to learn and curiosity
Students with a Federal Work-Study Award
Qualification
Required
