Prospecting & Lead Management: Find new business clients via phone, field visits, and managing CRM leads
Customer Consultation: Understand business transportation needs, present suitable truck options (specs, applications), and explain financing/leasing
Sales Process: Prepare quotes, coordinate test drives, negotiate terms, close sales, and complete accurate paperwork
Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of truck models, features, and industry regulations
Relationship Building: Maintain contact with existing clients for repeat business, referrals, parts, and service
Collaboration: Work with finance, service, and parts departments to provide comprehensive solutions
Training: Attend meetings and training to stay updated on products and sales techniques
Qualification
Required
Sales experience (commercial or automotive)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to understand technical specifications and financial concepts
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
Preferred
Experience preferred but not required
Truck knowledge or a super fast learner is a must
