Greenlighting Site-Pre-Integration
Support and guide Tower Crew on Troubleshooting on field and remotely
Interact with Nokia and AMDOCS Remote Support
Site Pre-Check before upgrade or Integration
Reporting on written with screenshots for every troubleshooting or problematic at site
Drawing in real view how to connect complicated connectivity’s when dealing with TMAs and Diplexers
