They are seeking a full-time remote Sales Engineer specializing in Electronic Materials to drive sales, provide technical guidance, and support customer success in the microelectronics industry.

Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the microelectronics, semiconductor, and optoelectronics sectors
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client partnerships by offering expert guidance and support
Technical Consultation: Understand customer needs through virtual or onsite meetings and recommend suitable solutions from YINCAE’s product portfolio
Value Communication: Clearly present the performance, pricing, and reliability advantages of YINCAE’s products
Sales Negotiation & Closure: Manage the sales cycle from quotation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction
Post-Sales Support: Respond to technical inquiries and assist customers with implementation to ensure successful outcomes
Industry Presence: Represent YINCAE at virtual and in-person trade shows and technical conferences
Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly reports detailing sales activity, market insights, and customer feedback

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical or business field
5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in electronic materials, semiconductors, adhesives, or specialty chemicals
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
Confident negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
