Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Digital Advertising Buyer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The role involves analyzing campaign performance, translating data into actionable strategies, and providing insights for consumer brand marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze full-funnel campaign performance across awareness, consideration, and purchase stages
Evaluate and interpret key advertising metrics, including reach, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, and funnel conversion ratios
Translate campaign performance data into clear, actionable optimization strategies
Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making for consumer brand marketing initiatives
Support AI research workflows by reviewing and assessing digital advertising strategies and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in digital advertising campaign management, including Amazon Ads
Experience working with consumer brands managing meaningful digital advertising spend
Strong analytical, reporting, and performance evaluation skills
Familiarity with e-commerce dynamics and full-funnel marketing strategies
Clear written communication skills with the ability to document insights effectively
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
