Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes
Shape and optimize approval workflows that align with organizational procurement and authorization policies
Ensure compliance with best practices and internal governance for procurement operations
Define Functional Governance Across: Purchasing lifecycle, Approval workflow management, Integrations with Finance and HR, Compliance and internal control frameworks (authorization & signatory policies)
Establish Key Safeguards: Functional validation points across design, integration, cutover, and go‑live, Alignment with solution architects and platform teams, Participation in architecture and technology decisions impacting procurement flows
Take Ownership Of: Procurement functional design, RACI for process ownership, Definition of Ready (DoR) & Definition of Done (DoD) from functional governance perspective
Introduce Assurance Mechanisms: Independent functional reviews, Readiness assessments of procurement solutions, Risk‑based process checks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7+ years of SAP consulting experience
strong SAP governance and procurement expertise
Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA MM Purchasing, PR/PO lifecycle, indirect procurement, and approval workflows
Strong understanding of integrations across procurement, finance, and HR
Strategic mindset — this is not an operational testing role
Excellent communication skills in English
Located in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, or Hungary
