Responsibilities
Teach effective sales and customer service techniques that drive performance
Design, update, and deliver creative and engaging training materials
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
Support onboarding and ensure new hires succeed from day one
Partner with leadership to identify development and growth opportunities
Track progress, measure training impact, and celebrate success
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills—you thrive when engaging others
Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (sales or customer service preferred)
Creativity and innovation in developing learning tools and programs
Confidence leading virtual sessions (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for developing people
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or recent college graduate preferred
