Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator

They are seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator to manage customer communications, qualify sales leads, and set appointments for the sales team, ultimately driving showroom traffic and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to set and confirm sales and service appointments
Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat leads using approved scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial vehicle, pricing, and dealership information
Present preliminary financing and leasing options based on customer needs
Follow up with unsold leads and no-show appointments to drive showroom traffic
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales teams and dealership management to improve processes and results
Qualification
Required
At least one previous role based in customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving history
