A1 is a self-funded, independent AI group focused on building a new consumer AI application with global impact. The Technical Talent Partner, Engineering will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for US-based technical roles, supporting the engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical roles, from role intake and sourcing through offer coordination and onboarding support
Build strong candidate pipelines using US-native, community-driven, and relationship-based sourcing channels (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, engineering communities, direct outreach), beyond traditional job boards
Partner closely with engineering and product hiring managers to clarify requirements, calibrate expectations, and keep hiring decisions moving
Screen candidates efficiently for technical capability, mindset, and execution strength
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and hiring decisions with speed, structure, and clarity
Maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS and provide clear pipeline updates to stakeholders
Source and hire high-impact talent while helping build, mentor, and upskill junior TA team members as the function scales

Required

Strong experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with solid exposure to the US hiring market
Proven ability to manage multiple technical roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience hiring engineers, data, product, or other technical functions is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of technical profiles and how to assess engineering talent
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using ATS systems and tracking hiring metrics
High ownership, urgency, and follow-through

Preferred

Candidates with strong tech recruiting exposure or technical hiring experience will be prioritised
