The Loan Car Agent / BDC will be responsible for managing courtesy transportation units, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and providing clerical support while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities
Opening and closing contracts for dealer courtesy transportation units
Review Loaner agreement and rules with customers prior to use
Familiarize with General Motor Guidelines to ensure compliance
Create Lyft and Shuttle reservations for customers as needed
Maintaining organization of Courtesy Transportation Fleet for use
Assist with various clerical duties as needed (filing, phones, etc.)
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for communicating efficiently
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
