Responsibilities
Supervise and support the operations team to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, deadlines are met, and company standards are upheld
Evaluate and refine operational systems to increase productivity, communication, and organizational effectiveness
Partner with other departments to streamline coordination, resolve challenges, and align goals across teams
Oversee vendor relationships, facility needs, and resource allocation to ensure operational reliability and cost efficiency
Lead planning and execution of company meetings, internal events, and special projects, ensuring seamless organization and execution
Track key operational metrics, monitor team performance, and report progress to leadership to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
Foster a positive and supportive work environment by ensuring employees have the tools, systems, and resources needed to perform at their best
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative coordination
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to plan and manage events or cross-departmental initiatives
Proficiency with office management software and tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise
