Responsibilities
Translate end-to-end consulting workflows into clear task specifications and evaluation rubrics
Review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs including market analyses, strategy materials, and written recommendations
Create high-quality reference examples such as issue trees, structured analyses, and presentation content
Identify errors, weak assumptions, and gaps in AI outputs and document improvement guidance
Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and other experts using structured written feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm or well-regarded boutique
Strong familiarity with consulting workflows including problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and synthesis
Excellent written communication, collaboration, and structured-thinking skills
Strong experience with PowerPoint, Excel, market sizing, financial or operating analysis, and qualitative research
