They are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to promote and sell their products, establish customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and potential customers
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments
Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities
Continuously improve through feedback
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
MUST LIVE IN THE MICHIGAN AREA
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers' needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Must be able to work Saturdays 9am – 2pm
