Prepare detailed construction cost estimates
Apply standard estimating methodologies and pricing structures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bids and proposals
Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
Qualification
Required
Hands-on estimating experience with structural precast concrete OR general concrete and precast construction projects
Understanding of precast components, concrete materials, and construction methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Associate degree in Drafting, Construction Estimating, or related technical field
0–3 years of estimating experience
