Responsibilities
Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing
Set, strip, and clean forms and rebar
Perform site preparation, grading, and material handling
Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
Support foremen and skilled trades as directed
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work in varying weather conditions and job site environments
Qualification
Required
Heavy civil and/or concrete construction experience required
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
Strong work ethic and attention to safety
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to job sites
Preferred
Experience with concrete flatwork, foundations, or structures
OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred, not required)
Equipment experience is a plus (skid steer, forklift, etc.)
