Responsibilities
Functions under the direction of the Application Manager
Epic Interface Applications Analyst provides intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems
Promotes excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all software applications
Works with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications
Works with other members of the staff, clinical and operational departments and other team members to accomplish the goals established for the project

Cloverleaf experience
HL7 experience
Intermediate system-level support of multi-user clinical and financial applications
Installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of systems
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications
Ability to work with other members of the staff, clinical and operational departments, and other team members
