Responsibilities
Be the Technical Face: You are the primary contact for the client’s architects and stakeholders. When they ask "Why will this take three sprints?", you are the one answering
Manage the Offshore Pipeline: You have 25 developers pushing code overnight. You need to set the standards, review the critical Pull Requests, and ensure what comes back matches the requirements. You are the firewall for quality
Code & Architecture: You won’t be coding 100% of the time, but you need to be hands-on enough to fix critical bugs, build Proofs of Concept (POCs), and earn the respect of the dev team. (Expect about 30% hands-on coding)
Unblock the Team: You translate complex business requirements into clear technical tasks so the team can build without guessing
Qualification
Required
Experience in a client-facing role with strong communication skills
Ability to manage expectations and push back professionally on timelines
Experience managing a large team of developers (25+)
Knowledge of structuring Git branches and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with native code in Kotlin or Swift
Ability to control quality and architecture at scale
Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear technical tasks
Ability to fix critical bugs and build Proofs of Concept (POCs)
Experience with MVVM and Clean Architecture
