Customer Service Representative
The IMA Group is a professional organization that supports various agencies by providing medical and psychological examinations. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver product and service information while efficiently resolving client inquiries.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including selecting the appropriate Provider based upon injuries, specialty required, and location
Handle a high volume of incoming emails and calls from clients, attorneys, and claimants
Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed
Drafting and reviewing client cover letters for the IME physician
Following up on IME report status
Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information
Address and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong phone communication, email communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personalities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
