Account Manager
Responsibilities
Own day to day client relationships and act as the main point of contact
Run regular client check ins and performance reviews
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched and managed correctly
Monitor outbound performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Prepare and present clear, concise reports and recommendations
Proactively flag risks, issues, and growth opportunities
Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the work being done
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience in account management, client services, or customer success
Comfortable analyzing campaign data and turning it into clear insights
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients at once
Understanding of B2B lead generation, outbound, or sales processes
Experience working with CRMs and reporting tools
Problem solver who takes ownership and adapts to client needs
Preferred
Familiar with tools such as Clay, Instantly, Heyreach, and other modern GTM tech stack
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
