Business Development Specialist
Southeast Machine Works partners with clients to deliver seamless industrial solutions through superior machining and fabrication. They are seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop strategies to expand market reach.

Qualification
Required
Experience in sales and business development, including relationship-building and client acquisition skills
Strong understanding of industrial solutions, machining, and fabrication processes
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Commitment to teamwork, adaptability, and willingness to work on-site in Mobile, AL
Preferred
Familiarity with ITAR compliance and experience in regulated industries
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
