Responsibilities
Seed and annotate broad, messy, real-world healthcare finance spreadsheets for AI model development
Work with partial models and ambiguous inputs to guide AI learning and refinement
Curate, normalize, and structure healthcare finance datasets for machine learning training
Provide finance-adjacent context to ambiguous data artifacts and in-the-wild healthcare documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on data seeding workflows, starting from raw inputs and structuring later
Document best practices and clearly communicate insights to improve AI model outcomes
Support AI system evaluation by reconstructing, normalizing, or extending partially structured financial data
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related financial domains
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Comfort working with real-world spreadsheets and complex financial artifacts
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, structure-later workflows with limited upfront instructions
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience handling unstructured or complex financial documentation
