Outside Sales Specialist
Lancaster Solutions LLC helps small and mid-sized businesses enhance their websites for lead generation. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to prospect, qualify, and close new clients for their hosting and website services.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and local field activity
Qualify opportunities and present solutions clearly (hosting, WordPress support, performance, SEO, and ads)
Close deals and transition new clients to onboarding
Maintain accurate pipeline notes and follow-up cadence
Support client retention by setting proper expectations and ensuring strong handoff
Coordinate with internal delivery teams to align scope, pricing, and start dates
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-up discipline
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Ability to learn and clearly explain website/hosting/SEO concepts to non-technical buyers
Experience selling digital services (websites, hosting, SEO, ads, SaaS) is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
Preferred
Prior 1099/commission sales experience
Existing local business network in WV/VA/MD region
Familiarity with WordPress, hosting, or Google Ads terminology
