Qualification
Required
Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
Bilingual. Candidate is able to communicate, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish
Preferred
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
