Responsibilities
Spec-Lock the Product: Map the "Whale" requirements (Amazon GRS, Tesla, Ford Standards) to our supply chain
Validate the "Golden Samples": Own the engineering sign-off. If a kit is wired wrong, it's on you. If it’s right, we win the market
Bridge the Gap: Translate high-level integrator needs into technical drawings for our factories
Own the Pilots: Land the first 2–3 "reference" accounts to prove our "Compliance Shortcut" is real
Qualification
Required
Technical Literacy: You know your way around an M12-8 pin-out, UL certifications, and NFPA 79 standards
Industry Experience: You've likely spent 5+ years at a company like Lapp, Turck, Igus, or Phoenix Contact and you're tired of their slow, corporate pace
The 'Founder' Itch: You want to build a industrial asset and own a significant piece of it
Practical Grit: You'd rather be on a factory floor validating a prototype than sitting in a 3-hour Zoom meeting about 'brand synergy.'
