The Technical Co-Founder will define and own technical specifications, ensuring product quality and compliance while working closely with early customers to refine the offering.

Define standard cable kits integrators will actually accept
Own pinouts, shielding, connector choices, and basic compliance logic
Review drawings, specs, and samples before anything ships
Translate messy integrator requests into factory-ready instructions
Work directly with 2–3 early customers to validate and refine the model
Qualification

You are practical, not academic
You've worked with or around industrial cables and connectors (M12, M8, shielding, grounding)
You've worked with UL / NFPA 79 level compliance (not safety certification systems)
You've worked with automation suppliers, integrators, or cable manufacturers
You're tired of slow approvals, corporate politics, and endless meetings
You want to build something real
Full-time focus expected

Benefits
