Sales skills to identify opportunities, recommend appropriate products, and close deals effectively
Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members is an advantage
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with insurance policies and industry practices is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field will be considered an asset
